Palliative Care South East (PCSE) has teamed up with Greyhounds Entertainment to support individuals facing terminal illness through the Parma for Palliative Care initiative.

Starting on 1 January, the initiative will run throughout 2025, with $1 from every parma sold at Greyhounds Entertainment donated to PCSE. The funds raised will support residents in Greater Dandenong, the City of Casey, Cardinia Shire, and parts of Kingston, helping improve the quality of life for clients and their families.

This partnership comes at a special time for PCSE, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. Funds raised will go directly toward providing medical and emotional support, enhancing client care, and offering a compassionate hand to help people through their difficult journeys.

Kelly Rogerson, Chief Executive Officer of PCSE, highlighted the importance of community support to sustain their essential services.

In 2024, PCSE supported 2,224 clients and 707 family networks as they faced the challenges of terminal illness. The ongoing support from Greyhounds Entertainment will help ensure that PCSE can continue to provide these vital services.
